Absolutely AMAZING Sunday sessions yesterday with a COMPLETELY FULL crowd!!! 💫💫💫.

FIRST EVER LASTIES FILM NIGHT! 🍿🍿Come join us this Friday 17th June for our Heaton Pride Q***r Film Night in our cosy basement. We have screenings of two fantastic films: But I’m a Cheerleader at 6pm and Paris is Burning at 9pm.

To guarantee a spot, search “Heaton Pride Q***r Film Night” on Eventbrite. There are separate tickets to each screening: book one each if you would like to join us for both!

This is a totally free event. Priority will be given to those with tickets, but spaces available at the start of the screening will be given away on the door (so if you do have a ticket then make sure you arrive on time!)

Come join us for our first ever tap takeover!!

The wonderful Anspach & Hobday will be visiting us from the big smoke this weekend to take over our taps! (And possibly to escape the apocalyptic heat in the capital)

You may know them for their flagship nitro stout, London Black, but come down to sample all of their fabulous beers, from cask pales to keg IPAs (and yes of course we do have a boatload of London Black). Their beers will be pouring all weekend and likely into early next week, while stocks last.

If you like also come and have a beery chat to us and to Caspar, who is coming up from the brewery, in the Lasties 6-8pm on Friday 10th July and 7-9pm on Saturday 11th July.

We are happy to be partnering with Matt Thomasson to bring in a new house Pickering Gin and house Coldsnap Vodka! These excellent batch made spirits make every Gin and Tonic or Vodka cranberry a truly exceptional drink! Now available now at the last resort!

We’re over the moon to be supporting an independent distillery and proud to be serving their amazing products! So find us slinging out premium G&T’s and vodkas 7 days a week baby!!

After a roaring success in Low Fell, we're off to South Shields then getting the ferry over to take on North Shields!

Ben and Em are heading off from the Last Resort at 12pm to get the metro to South Shields, and we'll be at The Maltings for 13:30

✨🍺Beer from the Cellar 🍺✨ We are proud to be serving Donzoko Brewery and Taproom first cask beer! The wonderful Keller beer is a gorgeous malty pale lager that is just SUPER drinkable! Our wonderful supervisor Sophie has also leant us her artistic abilities and did a fantastic classic german style beer sign! Serving from 11am - 11pm today!
