Lion dancing is a traditional Chinese performance that symbolises strength, protection and good fortune. The powerful drums and movements are believed to chase away negative energy and bring prosperity, happiness and success for the year ahead.

Just a quick reminder to everyone! Last night (1st Feb) at around 9pm, a gentleman and lady placed a takeaway order at Peking Garden in Hazel Grove but left without paying. They stayed to enjoy a pint of lager and a glass of wine while waiting, and according to our CCTV, they were here for about 25 minutes. If this was you and you forgot to pay for your order, please get in contact. We’d really appreciate it! Thank you!
