🥂 We're a day late, but Gilbert's is officially TWO and we couldn't let the moment pass without saying a huge thank you.🥂

To the absolute legends in this photo (and those who couldn't make it), thank you. Thank you for the early starts, the late finishes, the heat, the rain, the chaos, the "we've just had another 20 walk-ins!", and for somehow still managing to laugh your way through it all.
You work ridiculously hard, you care about our customers, you look after each other, and you make Gilbert's the place people love coming back to. We genuinely couldn't do it without you, and we're so grateful to have the best team around. 🥂
And to every single one of our amazing customers... thank you for supporting a small independent business. Every coffee, every pizza, every burger, every pint, every recommendation, every tag, every review and every visit means more to us than you'll ever know.
The last two years have been a whirlwind, but they've been pretty special because of all of you.
Gilbert's is so much more than just a beach bar – it's a community, and we're incredibly grateful to be part of it.
