Paella Party! 🥘🍷

Back at for what seems to have become our annual visit — and always one of our favourite evenings of the year.

A big pan of paella, plenty of great food and drink, and a brilliant group of people enjoying the evening together.

Always super relaxed, always great fun, and always a pleasure to cook at this beautiful house overlooking Carbis Bay.

Indonesian-style monkfish curry, on a 70th birthday, at a stunning Cornish clifftop retreat. 🍽️

Our latest Private Chef Experience in — cooking up a couple of classic dishes from Porthminster Cafe at FROE, a beautiful property hosted by Boutique Retreats .

It's been a few years since I last made this curry, but as they say — once you've done something a thousand times, you never forget. 😀

Flavour and Wine were superb from start to finish.
Rob accommodated all our requests with total charm and efficiency and the food - from canapés to dessert - was exceptional. They made our 30th wedding celebration a night to remember.

He'll be cooking over The Chef Fire Pit, sharing hints and tricks, and proving that a bit of smoke and chaos is absolutely part of the technique 🔥
