One of the focussing of our evening service, allowing everyone to dine in one sitting means we bake our bread daily and share it amongst the room creating a sense of inclusion throughout the space.

Introducing “FACES OF FIR”. First up is Sandra aka. Mum, Accountant, Part time FOH, Co-Owner. Sandra looks after a lot of the boring behind the scenes operations to allow Me to focus all my attention on the restaurant running.
