It is with mixed emotions that we would like to let you all know that Mowbrays Cafe has now closed. As many people know the cafe has been up for sale and finally three weeks ago a sale was agreed and the process of closing down the business has progressed quickly.
Over the past 4 years we have met many wonderful people and welcomed many loyal customers who have now become our friends. Without you all we could have never achieved what we did. A busy thriving business and as many have described ‘Mowbrays is a little gem,’ a community meeting place where many have visited, enjoyed the food and the wonderful ambiance that you have all created. Over the 4 years staff members have come and gone. Remembering Alicia Bradwell’s hard work, dedication and wonderful personality will forever make us smile. She helped us from the start to turn a quiet little cafe into the thriving business it became! Thank Owen for your help and hard work and to you and your mum and dad for always keeping the cafe safe and secure in our absence. More recently we are grateful to Mollie and Shirley for your hard work and dedication to Mowbrays. Sadly Mowbrays will no longer be a cafe but will forever be in our hearts.
