This week's chef's special at the Cookhouse is Chicken Shawarma on home made focaccia with pickled cabbage, fresh salad, chili and garlic sauce. Served with chips and a can of juice for £10

For breakfast we are introducing Eggs Royale - two poached free-range eggs served on a toasted in-house brioche bun, premium in-house cured Scottish smoked salmon, finished with our rich, velvety hollandaise sauce.

Also back on the menu this week we have the Nashville chicken burger, Gochujang Sausage Tagliatelle, and our punchy Korean slaw!
