This weekend's bakes. A bit late I know!
Dinosaur theme cake. Sicilian Lemon sponge with lemon curd frosting for the cake and Vanilla choc chip for the cupcakes. Mum is going to put a large Dinosaur on top. The boxed cake shows that I added a hatched Kinder egg for effect.

This weekend's bake. 2 tier Wedding Cake. Bottom tier Red Velvet sponge with cream cheese frosting. Top tier Vanilla sponge with Salted Caramel frosting. I love this cake. Definitely shows that less is more! This box is awesome. Not cheap but well worth the money if the cake is travelling fully dressed. Too far away for you to set up.

This week's bake was an Ipswich Town football shirt. Chocolate sponge with Salted Caramel frosting. The only problem is, I forgot to take a pic 🫣.
This is the shirt but with just the badge and his name going diagonally down the shirt for a 50th celebration.
