Milford Weekender, you were a blast!

3 days of great food, great entertainment and great vibes! 🎉

We were blessed to work alongside such a great collection of Pembrokeshire food vendors, and an outstanding events team! 👌🏻

You loved our beef & reef tacos, selling them out 3 days straight! And we all knew the shotgun shells would sell out all 3 days right? 😅

It was lovely to see so many returning customers, to meet some new faces, and to meet those of you who finally got your hands on the goods after months of waiting!

We are forever grateful to all our fantastic customers, thank you so much for continuing to support our little BBQ journey! 🙏🏻

⚫️🌵BLACK CACTUS BBQ🌵⚫️

We dont post other people’s food on our Instagram very often, but this needed a place on our grid!

On Saturday we had the absolute pleasure of visiting ʙʟᴀᴄᴋ ᴄᴀᴄᴛᴜꜱ ʙ.ʙ.Q at Burnt Faith 🌵🔥

The experience from start to finish was outstanding. House brandy on arrival, delicious food, attentive staff and house espresso liqueur to finish!

We chose the Berkshire Ham Burnt Ends. The bark, the flavours, the textures were insane, and that devilled egg… best egg we’ve ever eaten! 🍳

Obviously we had the Barbecue Tray as the main event! You could tell that every part of that tray was so well thought out, bringing a twist of Britain to Texas BBQ. And the meat was cooked to absolute perfection 👌🏻 they are clearly underseasoned.bbqshow No.1 BBQ outside of Texas for a reason!

Thank you to Josh for taking the time to have a quick chat with us, and for letting us drool over your smokers 😍🤤

After a crazy weekend in London, we are back to reality today with a very busy week lined up for you all!

Tomorrow (Tuesday), you can find us at Folly Farm Holiday Park 5-8pm 🦁

Wednesday, we’ll be back at Grass Roots Retreat 5-8pm 🌱

Friday & Saturday, we’ll be making our final appearance at Tenby Brewing Co | Beer Supply & Shop for this summer! 5-9pm or sell out!🍻

We have decided not to take pre-orders this week, so it’ll be first come, first served! As always, be there early to avoid disappoint. It’s limited, it’s exclusive, and once it’s gone, it’s gone! 💨

This week marks the start of a super busy summer for us! Tomorrow, we start our residency at with the first of 6 dates. Catch us there every Tuesday of the Summer Holidays serving up delicious American BBQ. We’ll be there from 5-8pm or sell out. 🔥
