Bug Farm open as usual. Grub Kitchen is open 10:30am to 3:00pm, lunch served 12pm-1:30pm.

This delicious Spanish style tortilla (potato and egg omelette) is on our specials menu over the next few days...
It's made with organic potatoes, eggs, spinach and flame roasted red peppers for a tangy sweetness. And is seasoned with Câr-Y-Môr seaweed.
Served with rustic fries, side salad and wildgarlic oil.

Oggie, oggie, oggie..! Oi, oi, oi!

We've cooked our VEXo to taste just like peppered steak, combined it with potato, peas and green peppercorns, wrapped it in shortcrust pastry and baked it to perfection (well we think so!)

Is this the world's first innovative edible insect Welsh oggie?

Quite possibly!

Get it whilst you can, as they're available on our specials board for the next couple of weeks...

Back by popular demand, a new version of our Sri Lankan roast organic vegetable curry, with chickpeas, butternut squash, sweet potato, aubergine and coconut.
Served in our street food boxes if you're in a rush, or as a curry bowl if you're eating in.
Also available with or without edible insects; enjoy with either a plain, or mixed insect pakora.
Summery, warming and vibrant flavours lifted with fresh tumeric and ginger.

Good luck to all up for an award this evening! 🍀🤞🍽🏆

We're gutted we can't be at the Wales Food and Drink Awards tonight where Grub Kitchen is a finalist in the Innovation Award. Leaving the farm for a glitzy dinner together...impossible at this time of year...or any time 🤣! We hope it's a great evening and wish everyone (especially our Pembrokeshire friends) the best of luck!

I've spent the evening grooming cows (spring grass + 🌞= 💩🧨💥) in the rain instead! It's a glamorous life!

VEXo Scotch egg!
It's always fun taste testing new dishes for the menu... a slightly more runny egg and this will be going straight on the menu as it tastes amazing!
Served with wild garlic mayo', pickle and seasoned with Câr-Y-Môr seaweeds...
