Prior to our recent little break in play (holiday) we visited the amazing for the wedding celebrations of the already married (earlier in year) Mo & Tony 🥰 This one was a little different as they wanted us to set up on site so guests as they walked, bussed or trained round the venue could get an ice cream 🍦 Like pretty much everyone else who works there both M&T are volunteers at the museum and they were granted permission to hold their very special celebrations there so the 100 guests could also experience what the museum has to offer. This of course meant we also did the same 😍 If you’ve never visited before then it’s well worth checking out, especially if like me you’re a James Bond fan! 👀
Having never been before it’s definetely a fab place to spend the day with the family especially if you have an interest in trains, busses and anything old, vintage and quirky 👌🏻 So much so we’ve planned a visit soon. They also do some great ‘event’ days with the cost to enter the same as a normal day, so you get to see so much more than the museum itself. Go check out their website for dates!

Today (yes Monday) we went to a new venue for us in West Sussex, but our 2nd wedding on Friday took us to the very familiar The Departure Lounge Cafe for the festival vibe wedding reception of George & Bethany 😍 We were serving after the food and speeches so it didn’t take long for 120 guests to get through lots of ice cream🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦 As we were packing up we were treated to George (brilliantly) singing a few songs with the band and the arrival of who were there to provide the evening food 🥪 Congratulations to you both and thank you for choosing Caravanilla 😘 Thanks to Simon and the team at the DL and see you again soon 👍🏻

First up from Friday’s double header was our visit to Tithe Barn for the wedding of Grace & Joshua 💕 ‘Olive’ & Ella were on duty for this one and it turned out to be a busy one with the guests treated to ice cream as they came out after the ceremony, along with tasty canapés from the fab team at

Thank you to for inviting us back again to serve at their charity activity day on Monday, held at the brilliant Lodge Hill Centre What an amazing place with so many outdoor activities for people to do, all nestled in the woods 👌🏻 Just as when we visited in 2024 it was another fun day and It was lovely to see so many families from all over the country being brought together and given the chance to try things, they might not do otherwise 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 The ice cream certainly proved a hit also 🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦

Our 3rd booking of the day on Saturday saw Bella (Mark) continue their travels back across West Sussex and Hampshire with a visit to the beautiful Wickham Estate 😍 Bella looked right at home situated outside in the courtyard with everyone enjoying their ice creams well into the evening before they all disappeared to dance the night away with the help of Dean John Professional DJ & Event Manager🕺💃Congratulations Molly & Tyler and thank you for choosing Caravanilla to be part of your wedding day 🥰🍦🍦🍦🍦

It was a busy one Saturday with a triple header taking us as far and wide as Chilgrove and Wickham and as close as Bedhampton 😂 While Olive (Kate) visited a local care home for their Summer festival Bella (Mark) was on her first of two weddings in the gorgeous location of a private residence in Chilgrove West Sussex 😍 The location was simply stunning and perfect for the relaxed feel of Belinda & Pascal’s wedding, with Bella fitting right in amongst the flowers in the back garden and the back drop of the South Downs. This and the other wedding later in the day (pics to come) were exactly why we bought a tired and old Pashley bike and invested in transforming it into what you see today 😍She’s just perfect for those smaller intimate weddings and tighter spaces. It was another fabulous visit to Total Security yesterday for their summer party 🥳 This is always a great afternoon and one we look forward to as these guys sure know how to throw a party, especially when it’s being organised by the team at Event Themes by JW & Daze Entertainment This is our 6th year now and each year it simply gets bigger and better and we really do appreciate being asked back year after year 💕 After several years of our paths crossing it was great to also finally work on an event with Three Cuts Burger & Tap and if you’ve not tried their food then you must, as it is sooooo good 👌🏻🔥🍔🍗

It was a late one Monday with a trip up the A3 to Southdowns Manor and the wedding of Ashley & Amber. Booked to serve after the first dance I’ve never seen so many guests so happy to see me arrive and set up 😂 Needless to say there was a queue as soon as it was announced we were open 😂🍦 Congratulations to you both and thank you for choosing Caravanilla to be a part of your day 😘

Sunday saw us attend our favourite show/event of the year the brilliant Beach Dubbin’ This show in case you’ve not heard of it is not for profit, with all proceeds other than those that go into being able to put the show on again next year going to wonderful local causes and charities, with the main one being the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Air Ambulance
With queues from 10.30am and continuing right through the day it was crazy busy and the board tells its own story🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦MASSIVE Thanks to everyone who stopped by to purchase an ice cream, some of you even coming to find us especially 😂👏🏻 it was great to see so many familiar faces and apologies if we’ve missed any from below….feel free to mention yourselves in comments 👍🏻 Apologies to those who had to Queue and to those who missed out 😢 It truly was an amazing day and well done to all the BD team for pulling it off once again, especially the fab four (organisers) who we know work so hard during the year, on top of their day jobs to bring you the show. You smashed it! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻

We didn’t get to see a lot of the show and only got to take a few pictures 😂 but we did manage to eat and have a coffee this year…thank you

Another day another barn 😍 Our wedding Saturday took us to West Sussex and our first visit this year to the beautiful Southlands Barn to serve at the drinks reception of Robbie & Kathryn 🥂 It was another gloriously sunny day and along with canapés and garden games the ice cream certainly kept everyone cool 🍦🍦🍦 There’s was also some fabulous music provided by Soph & Simon Congratulations to you both and thank you for booking us to be part of your special day 😘 Thank you to the team at the barn also for looking after us 👍🏻
