Are you local? Did you grow up in Hathersage? Did you visit the pool/cafe when you were younger? If yes then you may be able to help us.

The cafe/swimming pool celebrates its 90th anniversary this year and we are looking for people’s memories of the cafe in the early years.

If you have anything (or someone you know does) please could you send it either by private message, email or if you prefer handwritten drop it in to the cafe. We are hoping to put them on display during the anniversary weekend later in the year.

Our Summer opening hours start this Wednesday 1st April ☀️

Monday- Thursday
8am - 5pm (last orders eat in 4.30 takeaway 4.30 - 5)

Friday 8am - 7pm (last orders eat in 6.30 takeaway 6.30 - 7)

This year we will be staying open later on Saturday & Sunday
8am - 6.30pm (last orders eat in 4.30. We will serve takeaway orders from the hatch 4.30 - 6.30 where the outside seating area will be available for use)

From Friday 3rd April last orders for eating in 6.30pm for takeaway 7pm.

So whether you’re swimming at Hathersage Swimming Pool or out for an evening stroll join us on our patio for a summer evening meal. You are welcome to bring your own wine, soft drinks available to purchase in the cafe.
