Yo peeps

As you may have observed we have been relatively quiet on our social media platforms. In all honesty 2020 has been a testing year.

Our silence does not mean absence. Whilst this year has been challenging we have been busy working on ways we can improve the operational side of the business so we can better serve our customers.

Whilst we love entertaining and engaging on our social media platforms we have felt every challenge the world has thrown at us as a community from the global impact of Covid through to and to name a few which has been overwhelming at times.

We hope to be a beacon of light for our stakeholders and are making some progressive adjustments to our brand and operation which we are hope to share with you all.

In the meantime we encourage everyone to stay safe, stay positive, keep believing and most importantly remember that “tough times don’t last but tough people do”.

We also take BOTH Card and Cash Payment so we’ve got you covered😉. 💷💳

Train hard then Re-Up 🔥

The one word that describes our USP is diversity! we teach a diverse range of people from different skill sets, ages and talent. This was on full display during our fun sparring class today! We had fighters of different disciplines - Muay Thai, Kickboxing and boxing, different ages, abilities, but there was one constant - everyone did incredibly well and made Coach Ash and Coach Kels incredibly proud!

It's that time of the week again when K.A.B. have a fantastic boxing session! Everyone had a blast of a time! We were completely and utterly packed out today, with a class full of dedicated winners! We love nothing more than being able to run a successful class, mixed with beginners as well as advanced members! Everyone got into the flow of things and had an amazing experience!

We would recommend all of our memebers to treat themselves to some scruptous AGOGO'S FOOD sometime this week!
