Today we say good bye to our two wonderful Assistant Managers, Emma and Vickie ❤️

Emma joined the Red Lion family in 2020! She quickly progressed through the Macs Grow programme, we are so proud of her achievements here 🫶🏻 Emma will be missed dearly by the team, and our lovely locals! Emma is continuing her Macs journey over at The Bootmaker in Chelmsford! ❤️

Vickie joined us in 2021 as Team Leader, and is leaving us as Level 5 Assistant Manager. As queen of bottomless brunches, Vickie has truly made her mark here at The Red Lion. We are going to miss her so much 😔 Vickie is entering a new chapter at another Macs site The Plough - Sewardstone … they are so lucky to have her 🫶🏻

We are going to miss these two lovely ladies so much… but this isn’t goodbye! As you can see they have made some amazing friends and wonderful memories during their time here ❤️

Niamh started with us 5 years ago when she was just 17 years old and has been a valued part of the Red Lion family since.❤️ 🦁

Thank you for all your hard work over the years and we wish you all the best! Niamh is moving onto her next adventure at The Hopfields - Hatfield, so she’s not too far! They are lucky to have her. 🥰
