Today is our next to last service in COAST until we re-open in September. We just wanted to say a massive thank you to all of your support this year. It means so much! Its what keeps our training restaurant going.
We look forward to seeing you on or around September 21st. Watch this space for new menus after our summer break.

As a goodbye and thank you some of our lovely students made the Hospitality and Catering staff a beautiful cake. It looks too good to eat!

Our last restaurant service for this academic year is Thursday June 11th. This year has just flown by! We just wanted to take this opportunity to say a massive thank you to all our wonderful customers old and new for supporting our training restaurant.

What we have is something very special and a real gem for Hastings. Although Coast is a restaurant, it is also a classroom. It is a space for our students to develop their culinary and front of house skills in a safe, friendly and nurturing environment. A place where it's ok to make mistakes that they will learn and grow from as they go from strength to strength.

Without your support, we wouldn't have a restaurant. We are very grateful to you all.

Hello Everyone...We are back from our Easter break and up and running with a new delicious lunch menu!
If you haven't visited us before, we are COAST Training Restaurant, located within East Sussex College in Hastings next to the Hastings train station. We are open to the public (term-time only) Monday-Friday from 12.30 pm-3.30 pm for lunch (last reservation 1.30) and on Thursday evenings from 6.30 pm we serve a 5 course dinner.
