Petit Fi We do great breakfasts, lunches and cakes to accompany our fabulous coffee. Dogs always welcome.

Petit Fi is tucked away on George Street in Hastings beautiful Old Town. We serve delicious homemade breakfasts, lunches and cakes seven days a week. Breakfast finishes at 12 noon and from then on you can choose from our fresh, homemade specials which change regularly and offer a varied choice that we hope will have something for everyone. We also have a standard menu offering sandwiches and a few

old favourites. Our cakes are all homemade and go through the strictest quality control (all of us here feel it the most important part of our job to sample all of the cakes we offer)! We serve Illy coffee and a selection of different Tea Pigs and Twinings teas as well as Fentimens soft drinks. We are licensed (hurrah) and serve wine by the glass or bottle, Peroni and Budweiser, Magners Pear and Apple cider and Prosecco by the bottle.

Chef/ Cook required.

Must be confident with cooking in a busy kitchen, cooking specials and supporting menu changes. Baking skills are essential as this is a large part of the role.
