On the 18th December 2025 I sold the Business. It wasn’t an easy decision but it was time ! 18 years in total serving the Best British 🇬🇧 Fish and Chips ❤️
I brought the premises in 2008 shortly after that I went on a fish fryers federation course 🐟 which was a 6 day course ! It helped me to learn to fry the best of fish and chips . It was a long learning curve ! The forefront was to producing the best fish and chips available For customers who chose to visit my Shop . The most important thing in my mind was to only source the finest ingredients! To which is what I always done . Over many years I have seen many customers and got to know them and now class them as friends , From the bottom of my heart Thank you for your loyal custom over the last 18 years 🥰
No doubt our paths will cross again in the future .
Especially if you come and visit me at Little Down Christmas Tree farm 🎄
