Seasonal adjustments 🌿

A few quiet tweaks to the menu, using wild garlic and three cornered leeks.

Keeping the favourites where they belong… hot buttered corn ribs and our tasting tables aren’t going anywhere.

Modern Sri Lankan food, great produce, small team and good energy in the kitchen.

Full-time hours through May, with scope to flex into summer as things get busy.

You should be:
• Comfortable running a section
• Clean, organised, calm in service
• Up for learning and getting stuck in
