Satay chicken from our friends at Siam 2 (where else?!) with their own special sauce. “Looks mouth-watering,” you say, “but can we pair it with wine?” Yes, lots of choice! A nice fresh Riesling, or a Chenin Blanc from the Loire valley. Or a Provencal rosé, especially now summer's here! Enjoy! 💕

Here is is, then - a wonderful opportunity to taste some of the best sparkling wines from our neck of the woods. On Tuesday 16th May, Simon Fraser will be with us from Mountfield Winery. He'll show their 2016 Classic Cuvée, 2015 Blanc de blancs and 2017 Rosé, chat about the winery and talk us through the wines.
