Corn-fed chicken breast with chorizo cassoulet, roasted vegetables and crispy ham, sea bass fillet with tabbouleh, crispy asparagus, tomato pesto and Jersey Royals, or our spring risotto with peas, broad beans, baby courgettes, white asparagus, slow-roasted tomatoes, herb oil and crispy garlic.

Pea and mint soup with mint cream, cheddar croquettes, pickles, pineapple, hazelnut and watercress, plus puff pastry vol-au-vents with sauce gribiche and crispy capers.
