KEEPING YOU COOL OVER SUMMER 🌞
There are three brand new umbrellas in addition to the large awning and overflowing planters on the terrace area to keep the whole space more shady. More fans have been added to the inside too.

Complimenting the new umbrellas are some fab new signs and flags from the super-dependable and always friendly advertising. Our local ice cream hero and who supply our ever-popular IPA and Lager now have pride of place on the terrace. What better way to enjoy than with a homemade ice cream or cold pint (or both, we don't judge)?

CLOSED TODAY AND TOMORROW DUE TO EXTREME HEAT 🔥

The kitchen has now reached temperatures that human beings should not be working in and shortly will surpass 40 degrees. Safeguarding our team and our guests is our absolute top priority.

We're getting cancellations left, right and centre and that's no surprise so we've taken the decision to close for the rest of today and tomorrow.

See you on Friday when I hope the kitchen feels less like the surface of the sun.

TENDER PORK WITH CRISPY CRACKLING...

Taste testing the new pork for fhr Bistro menu has been hard work (promise) but we can safely say it's a fab replacement for the Confit Duck which has now left the evening menu.

Saturday evening is now full but we still have some availability for Friday night (19th), take a look at the menu below and send us a message to book!

REVAMPED DRINKS MENU
Our daytime menu has been updated with lots of new drinks ready for Summer, think refreshing iced teas, strawberry coolers, organic Kombucha...

LUNCH NEVER TASTED BETTER
Lunchtimes have been upgraded with the Ploughman's making a return, classic salads, new quiches and for a limited time the new chicken Caesar wrap. All freshly made of course.

MAY BANK HOLIDAY HOURS 🕒

We'll be open on Monday as well as our usual hours over the Bank Holiday. The Sunday Brunch menu will be available for both Sunday and Monday.

The whole weekend is booking fast so make sure to get those reservations in to avoid disappointment.

Nat and I have been friends for many years, and it was always our dream to own our own little slice of hospitality. It's been a joy to look after you all over the last five years, and despite the most challenging time for hospitality that we can ever remember, we've come out fighting, and that is down to all of you...
