❤️ FREE Cardiac Arrest Support & Awareness Sessions ❤️

We’re incredibly excited to announce that Heart to Heart Support will be joining us at our coffee shop to host FREE monthly support and awareness sessions!

Whether you want to learn more about cardiac arrest, gain lifesaving knowledge, ask questions, or simply chat with trained peer supporters who truly understand, these sessions are open to everyone.

☕ Come along for a friendly coffee, a relaxed conversation, and the opportunity to learn something that could one day save a life. Whether you’ve been personally affected, you’re supporting a loved one, or you’re simply interested in finding out more, you’ll be made to feel welcome.

📅 When: The last Sunday of every month (excluding December)
📍 Where: Our Coffee Shop
💙 Cost: Completely FREE

No booking is required – just come along, grab a drink, and join us. We’d love to see as many people as possible helping us raise awareness, build confidence, and support our local community.
