Earlier in the year the Telegraph chose our Pear Sorbet as the flavour to represent Surrey in their article where they chose a unique flavour for every county.

It’s seasonal. Using catillac pears, and ancient varieties grown at Sean barn. With an interesting taste and a Peary texture!
I think it’s great and unique to us. You can buy these pears in.

Anyway Gareth has kindly climbed the trees and we finally have a batch.

This will be in sale this Saturday at our shop and fittingly at the Haslemere Food Festival, this Saturday on Lion Green.

We only have 15 litres, about 450 scoops (maybe less if the boys are scooping)

Last month we improved the cookie dough recipe for the bit we put in ice creams and sundaes.
It’s pretty decent so I reckon folks might want it on its own

We have 5 made as a test. On sale now for £5
Will probably be £6.50 if we do this permantly
