Today, we celebrate the man who started it all.
Long before the renovations, the new menus, and the busy dining rooms, there was a vision, a work ethic, and a belief that great food and genuine hospitality could bring people together.
Our father, Syed Dulal, founded Seaton Tandoori in 1998 with little more than determination, passion, and a commitment to serving every guest as if they were family. Many of our customers have known him for decades. They’ve watched him build this restaurant, overcome challenges, and pour his heart into every chapter of its story.
As his sons, we grew up within these walls. We watched the sacrifices that were made, the long hours worked, and the pride he took in every meal that left the kitchen. The values he built this restaurant upon continue to guide us every day.
The restaurant may have evolved, but the foundation remains the same.
Today, we thank not only our father, but the man behind Seaton Tandoori’s story. A mentor, a leader, and an inspiration to us all.
