Ye Olde Durhams Social Club was founded on 20th January 1917 by a group of serviceman from the 6th Batallion of Durham County Volunteers Regiment. The first committee meeting was held in the Park Road Drill Hall at 2.30pm. Today the Club offers a fantasic venue for any function. We offer free room hire and buffet for 100 + guests - and of course low prices all round. We will even throw in free entertainment of karaoke/disco.
