That’s why our coffee is a bespoke blend, created exclusively for Café Lago di Como, in collaboration with Darkwoods a roastery built on transparency, ethics, and depth, not buzzwords.

Darkwoods work beyond specialty.
Only the top 5% of coffee produced globally qualifies as specialty, and they go even further focusing on traceability, fairness, and real impact at origin, not just flavour scores.

Our blend is bold and confident.
Expect hazelnut and dark chocolate at the forefront, with carefully selected beans mainly from Central America, roasted to deliver balance, warmth, and clarity in every cup.

To honour this coffee properly, our team visited Darkwoods for hands on barista training learning the story behind the beans, understanding their characteristics, and refining our extraction. Because knowing the coffee deeply is the only way to serve it at its best.

From farm to roast to extraction, every step matters to us.
Because perfect coffee isn’t accidental it’s intentional.
