The Oval Cafe is ran by non paid volunteers who think it's important to make a place for communities to come together. We will always try our best to craft you great drinks and welcome you warmly and kindly. The Cafe is proud to use coffee sourced only from roasters that work towards building relationships with coffee farmers around the world, as well as using locally sourced food. Our passion for

people drives us to make the 'World a better place.' 100% of the Oval Cafe profits are directed to worthwhile charitable projects, both in Harpenden and around the world.

Do you love coffee, community, and ministry? Are you passionate about leading teams and creating a welcoming space? The Oval Cafe is looking for a Manager!

This isn’t just about making great coffee—it’s an opportunity to blend hospitality with missions, train young people in cafe skills, and support ministry through a thriving cafe.

☕ What We’re Looking For:
✅ Leadership & Management Experience (cafe, hospitality, or ministry)
✅ Barista Skills (love for specialty coffee required!)
✅ YWAM Background (Not familiar with YWAM but still have a heart for missions and coffee? Lets chat!)
✅ Commitment of 1-2 Years
