HALSTEAD DESSERT ALERT — BONKERS BAKES ARE COMING TO YOU TONIGHT 🚨

If you thought last week’s bakes were loaded, wait until you see what’s coming this week…

These aren’t standard brownies and Blondies. Bonkers Bakes are created at The Bagel Queen to be completely over the top, properly indulgent and unlike the bakes you’ll find on an ordinary bakery counter.

🍫🌿 MINT AERO & OREO BROWNIE

You saw the before… now wait until you see the after.

Quite simply, one of the best brownies I think I’ve ever made. The smell alone when I cut into this was incredible.

My rich, fudgy chocolate brownie absolutely packed with Mint Aero and Oreos — that cool mint chocolate against the deep chocolate brownie and Oreo is an unbelievable combination.

🤎 GALAXY, WHITE TIM TAM & CHOCOLATE FUDGE BLONDIE

A brand-new Bagel Queen creation.

My thick signature Blondie loaded with smooth Galaxy milk chocolate, White Tim Tams and rich chocolate fudge cream, then taken even further with more chocolate and biscuit on top.

☕🍫 KITKAT & COFFEE CREAM BLONDIE

Another completely new one this week.

Thick buttery Blondie packed with KitKat and generous pockets of smooth coffee cream — chocolate, crisp wafer and coffee all running through one seriously substantial bake.

🍪 GALAXY MINSTRELS GIANT STUFFED COOKIES

And I couldn’t possibly leave these behind.

The ever-popular giant stuffed cookies packed with Galaxy Minstrels, with that ridiculously indulgent Galaxy centre. Big, soft, chewy and for very good reason one of my most requested bakes.
