Anyone who has made any bookings (wether that is via booking.com or a previous landlord) please be aware we are no longer taking bookings as those rooms were not given to us in a fit state and need a lot of renovation. Please contact the landlords or booking.com for a refund and if you do not have contact info for the landlord contact the marstons customer service line on +44-1902-907250. We have not been left anything to make us aware of who has booked and how to contact them so are doing what we can to help people but due to not being given any of the funds you all paid for the rooms we are unable to give any form of refund and that will be down to who you gave your money to for them to resolve.
We understand this is frustrating and can only apologise for any inconvenience.
