The hours that go into the food we serve is ridiculous & unpaid...but...WORTH IT!!
To us anyway...šŸ¤£
12hr sat managing fire while the oak and smoke worked its magic on the meat...
10hr hold to ensure it rests well...
2hr slicing, chopping, packing, chilling...
The result:- tender, juicy Brisket...
