Father and daughter Adam and Amber are representing Hirds’ Family Fisheries in Huddersfield. From Wales come Mia and Hamid, who run Posh Fish and Chips in Cardiff, and finally, Vic and Bonny, who are two mums running top chippy Simpsons in Cheltenham.
