It’s official…
✨WE’RE OFSTED REGISTERED CHILDMINDERS✨

Today is our first official day!! We’re so excited to start welcoming our families over the next few weeks. The response has been incredible, from messages to show arounds and registrations, we honestly can’t thank you enough 🤩

A brand-new chapter begins, and we can’t wait to share our adventures, activities, and everyday magic through the children’s eyes 🩷

🌿✨ A New Chapter for The Wild Uns ✨🌿

We’ve been keeping a little secret for the past few months… and we’re finally ready to share it with you.

From January 2026, The Wild Uns will be opening as childminders for children aged 0 – 4 years. 🎉

We’ll be offering full day childcare, Monday to Thursday, all year round, with just 6 spaces available. To keep our setting close knit and personal, priority will be given to full-time children, and due to high demand, we’ll also be running a waiting list.

We’re so pleased to say we’ll be offering Tax-Free Childcare and government-funded places. 🌻

Our approach is rooted in nurturing curiosity, creativity, awe and wonder through nature based learning and real life experiences. Still very much Meg & Mol, between us we bring over 15 years’ experience, with Level 3 childcare qualifications and paediatric first aid, ensuring your little ones are in safe, caring hands.

With a heavy heart, this does mean we’ll be closing our open sessions, with our final one taking place on Friday 21st November 2025. We just want to take this opportunity to thank all the lovely families who have supported us over the past 18 months. To book our remaining sessions, please use the links on our social media. 💚

We’d love to welcome you to visit us throughout October and November. It’s the perfect chance to explore our space, meet us, and ask any questions. ☀️ Summer Break Announcement ☀️

We’re now officially closed for our summer holiday and will be taking a well-earned break for the next two weeks. 🏖️

We’ll be back open on Wednesday 23rd July, and from then on, we’ll continue our summer opening days: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday each week. 🌼

🧡 July & August are packed with dino-mite activities:
🍽️ Dino Diner – Our role-play kitchen with a ROARsome twist
🦴 The Dig – Discover fossils and dinosaur bones like a real paleontologist
🌍 Dinosaur Small World – Volcanoes, waterfalls & dino adventures galore
🦕 Fossil Play Dough – Create and explore prehistoric textures

🗓️ Sessions available Wednesdays to Fridays throughout July & August
⏰ Times: 9:15am | 11:15am | 1:15pm
Each session is 1.5 hours of imaginative play
