🧶 We’ve had some lovely meet up’s with our Knitters Corner mornings, held in our cafe, Cafe Sports.

The gatherings are on a Monday and Wednesday morning from 10am until 1pm, I’ve seen lots of knitting, lots of crocheting, some embroidery, but lots of talking and laughter as well. I often see tubs of sweets and treats being passed around the table but as long as they share with us we really don’t mind 😜.

Some ladies are coming along for the chatter and giggles - all are made so very welcome 🥰. If anybody would like to come along, please do.

We would like to offer thanks to the Community Fund for there support, making all of this fantastic community engagement possible 🤞

The wonderful ladies from our Knitters Corner have been very busy 🧶. They’ve made lots of cardigans with matching hats, bears, hedgehogs, mini hearts and blankets, all now on their way to the Neonatal Unit at Bradford Hospital.

Carol, one of our club members, volunteers in the ward and will be taking the amazing hampers in for us 🥰.

This makes us here at the club so very proud, thank you so much to our ladies for their time, efforts and contributions ###

Lisa is doing her fab pulled pork and stuffing in a crusty baguette, proper chips and a pot of gravy - amazing 😋

Mmmm Monday for sure 😋.

We can help the Monday blues, our dinner special is hot roast beef and onion in a crusty baguette with a pot of gravy - gorgeous!!!

The display fridge will have lots of fresh cream treats should you need a treat 🥰

Mondays menu of the day is yummy corned beef pie, proper chips, beans or peas and gravy, old school favourite for sure.

Burgers - all ways, paninis, toasties, pie and peas (steak or pork pie), sausage rolls are all available as usual 😋😍.

Ham, beef, tuna, cheese, corned beef all available for salad sandwiches as well, always a daily favourite.

I’m sure there will be some fine delights in the display fridge to tempt anyone with a sweet tooth as well, Monday needs a treat after all.
