We have remained in the same spot on the same street all this time..
Many takeaways have come and gone since then, but there’s a reason we’re still standing 😋

Please be kind and patient with our staff today.. it’s extremely hot out there and even hotter in the shop with all the ovens and fryers so staff may be unable to work as quickly as normal but everyone is working as hard as they can 🐔🍗

We would just like to post an update following yesterday’s unexpected early closure.

Just before 7pm yesterday evening, one of our fryer machines caught fire.
Our staff acted quickly and efficiently and managed to contain the fire using our fire blanket before standing outside the shop and waiting for the fire brigade to arrive and ensure the shop was safe to enter again.
The fire brigade arrived quickly and were absolutely fantastic.
Thankfully, no one was hurt 🙏🏼

Following the incident, there was obviously a lot of cleaning to be done, and the decision was made to close the shop for the remainder of the day. We apologise to any customers we had to turn away.

We would also like to point out that the fire was not caused by any wrongdoing from our staff, but by a fault with the machine.

Lastly, we would like to thank our local community, neighbouring takeaways, and everyone who came to check that everyone was okay. Your support was massively appreciated ❤️

We will be open as usual on Monday, and again we would like to thank everyone for their patience and support.
