We source many of our fresh ingredients locally, our meat is from our local butcher http://www.palmersthebutchers.co.uk/ and is British and local with our pork coming from http://www.freerangepork.co.uk We use local seasonal vegetables. we have been awarded a 5 rating from EHO.
