A beautiful day at Alfriston War Memorial Hall, East Sussex working alongside our great friends Knights Mobile Bars with a very lemony bbq wedding! Tyler cooked his way through a busy shift at The Laurel at Bates Green before joining us to cook the bbq of burgers, sausages, lemon chicken and halloumi & veg kebabs marinated in lemon & thyme! Dessert boards of eton mess, biscoff cheesecakes & lemon meringue pies finished things off, then the team sent me home after service while they cleared up! It won't be long until they're running the show! Tyler is on hols for a week now, so I'll be cafe cook before our next wedding a week Monday!
