Wherever I have worked my cakes, biscuits etc have always been gratefully received and people used to say "you should bake for a living". My family and in-laws love my cakes as do my friends. So in May 2012 Bake Temptations was born. I did think of opening a Tea Room but there was nothing for sale local to me, so decided to bake from home. Whilst living in Otford, I supplied a local tea room, wher

e Lemon Drizzle and Jamaican Ginger Cake were always part of the order (gluten free options sometimes ordered). Since moving to East Sussex there have been lots going on in my personal life and my business was put on hold but now I am ready and cannot wait to get back in the swing of things. Orders have started to come in and I now supply a local Coffee House called GEO's in Herstmonceux. My Facebook and Instagram pages are updated regularly. Was asked to do a cake for a lady who can only eat soft food which meant no sponge or biscuit base. Mousse cake was suggested so after a bit of research this was the result. 3 layers of mousse with fresh cream and chocolate decorations.

Just seen this review on google, made my day - Shirley made my mum a mothers day cream tea and cupcakes , these were amazing , my mum said they were the best scones she has had and was really impressed with the cupcakes. Great service and Shirley is so friendly and is very good at what she does . Highly recommend. Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5
