🎈🎉 IT’S DAN’S LAST WEEK! 🎉🎈

Well, this is one of those posts we really didn’t want to have to write… 😢

After being such a huge part of The Village Shop & Cafe, our much-loved Dan Bradley has decided it’s time to move on. Dan has been so much more than a member of staff — he has been a massive part of our team, our family and our cafe community.

He’s been the life and soul of the cafe, bringing laughter, fun, energy and plenty of mischief through the doors! He is absolutely adored by his fellow team members, the owners and, of course, so many of our wonderful customers. ❤️

So, naturally, we want to give Dan the send-off he deserves!

🎈 FRIDAY IS DAN’S LAST DAY! 🎈

And because this is Dan we’re talking about, he has decided that his final day should involve a DRESS-UP DAY! 😂

And the theme he has chosen is…

🎂🎁 A CHILDREN’S PARTY! 🎈🦸‍♂️👑

So, if you fancy joining us and dressing up accordingly, PLEASE DO! The sillier, brighter and more ridiculous, the better! 😂

Of course, if dressing up isn’t your thing, absolutely no problem whatsoever — just come along, grab a coffee, have a chat and, most importantly, say goodbye to Dan. ❤️

The staff who are on shift and fancy joining in will, naturally, be doing their bit… and knowing them, it’ll either be ALL IN or NOTHING AT ALL! 🤣

It’s going to be a very emotional day for all of us. Saying goodbye to someone who has become such an important part of the Village Shop & Cafe family is never easy.

So if Dan has ever made you laugh, brightened your day, made your coffee, served you breakfast, entertained you, wound you up 😂 or simply made your visit to the cafe that little bit better…

Come and give him a proper Village Shop & Cafe send-off. ❤️

We get so many great visitors to our lovely village shop & cafe.
🥞 We’re always happy to welcome everyone, however they arrive… and sometimes we’re treated to a little bit of luxury to oggle 👀

The Bingo Belles are booked and raring to go, and they’re on fire🔥💃

Join us for a fun evening to raise funds for St Wilfred’s Hospice and Helen when she takes part in her Camino walk.
