We’ve overcome a pandemic and many difficult moments, but throughout it all, the Hailsham community has always supported and stood by us.

It is with great joy that I share the news: I’ve been officially recognized by the World Master Chef Society – World Master Chef UK. This is a great honour for me and a true milestone in my journey.

Every single day, I pour my heart and soul into what I do, with one clear goal: to bring the finest quality Italian cuisine to the table. After years of research, travel, study, and countless tests in the kitchen, I’m proud to offer the British public an authentic, elevated taste of Italy, rooted in tradition, yet open to innovation.
