Today’s freshly baked menu is a selection of quiche, rosemary biscuits, macaroons, flapjack, Cumberland sausage rolls, gluten free muffins, cheesy mash, pork and cider pies, and scones.

Scones: plain, fruit and cheese. Made with west country mature cheddar, Marriage's Flour (organic), British butter and Maldon sea salt.

GF muffins: cheese and chive, morello and Belgian dark chocolate, and morello cherry. Made with doves GF flour and cherries from our garden and eggs from the farm down the road.

Quiche: Halloumi, sun dried tomatoes & spring onions. Stilton, shredded courgettes and spring onions. Feta, red pepper and spring onion.

Pork and Cider: free range pork which has lived outside (shoulder), Hawkstone cider, prosciutto and double cream inspired by a recipe from Normandy.

Here are some of the things for Hadleigh Market tomorrow morning. Cumberland sausage rolls, and Roman sausage rolls (made with almonds and fish sauce…special request!) A wide selection of quiche which includes baby leek & special Stilton and, sundried tomato with PDO haloumi and spring onions. The gluten free muffins are cheese & chive, and dark chocolate banana. We also have some rhubarb and raspberry pies.

Freshly baked today for tomorrow at Hadleigh Market we have new season morello cherry pies and freshly picked blackberries in gluten free blackberry muffins which are topped with blackberry jelly. The freshly baked savoury pies are steak and Guinness which are made with local grass fed beef.

This morning at Hadleigh Market we have lots of fresh quiche: quiche Lorraine, asparagus & mushroom, and leak & Stilton. Sausage rolls: beef sausage rolls and Cumberland pork sausage rolls. We have two GF muffins: cheese and chive, and morello cherries and dark chocolate.

We were picking mulberries and morello cherries yesterday and came across a vole that was eating the mulberries. If you look carefully you might be able to spot the mulberry.

We are unable to attend Hadleigh Market this Friday but look forward to seeing you all next week.

On Sunday 28th (tomorrow at time of posting) we will be at the Ringshall Classic Car Show and Family Fun Day with some of our luxuriously healthy food made with organic flour, British milk, British butter and cherries from our own garden.

Sausage rolls made from free range pork and local grass fed beef and lamb.

Gluten-free Morello cherry and dark chocolate muffins.

Lots of scones, cream and jam too.

We have picked our cherries so there will be a bit of cherry theme in the week ahead. We have morello cherries and sweet cherries that we will be using in our pies, jam and GF muffins over the coming weeks
