On our way! This morning the car smells of cheese scones. Fresh from the oven and still warm. There’s a lot of traffic and roadworks this morning so we will be arriving later than usual at about 9am according to Google.

Sausage rolls packed up for the fridge ready for tomorrow morning. Fresh British free range pork shoulder (Cumberland and Chilli flavours)

Gluten free muffins fresh from the oven (feta and red pepper. Cheese and chive. Pumpkin spice)

The pies tomorrow are pork and c***r. Fresh, free range, British pork shoulder with Hawkstone c***r, British double cream, and Italian prosciutto.

We have made even more of the traditional English macaroons so hopefully there will be enough for everyone.

On our way. The car smells amazing because the beef sausage rolls came out of the oven just before leaving. Today’s menu: beef sausage rolls. Steak and Guinness pies. Flapjack, Rosemary biscuits and English macaroons. Muffins: cheese and chive, cheese and sun-dried tomato. Quiche: halloumi, sun-dried tomato with spring onions.
