Counter is looking lovely today! I had a little practice at home this week, after I've had several requests for something Vegan on the cake counter....ANYTHING, I think the last lady said 😟
So I've done a little practice run at home, and I made Vegan Jammie Dodger Blondies! The tiny critics at home gave a thumbs up, the big critics in the kitchen made lots of noises that sounded promising, so they will be on the counter next week!
Hope you enjoy them! 🧡

To be fair I'd take a sq**rt of Pumpkin any time of year, but there's been a chill in the air this week that means we may need more soon....the classic taste of early Autumn!

If you've visited lately you know we have an enviable choice in syrups Cinnamon, Gingerbread, Pistachio, Roasted Hazelnut - welcome back! 🍂🍂
