well done to everyone who joined us for run club tonight 🏃‍♀️🤍

another monday survived and 5k ticked off ✔️

we start at plant faced, head out for 5k around beautiful hadleigh country park, then come back for a drink, a catch up and probably a little treat because running deserves snacks 🍪☕️

and the best bit? everyone is welcome. runners, walkers, run/walkers, speedy ones, slow ones and people who are just trying to get round without questioning all their life choices 😂

there’s no pressure, no pace to keep up with and no need to be a “proper runner”. just a friendly bunch of people getting outside, moving their bodies and having a good old natter along the way.

so if you’ve been thinking about joining us but feeling a bit nervous… come along. you’ll fit right in 🤍
