This one should be fun! Keep a look out for a orange and white horse box with a giant flue coming out the top, thats where lovely woodfired pizza and flat-breads will be.

Well that was fun, Tez's 8th birthday party. All the kids helped make there own pizza, very good they where too. with Racy Torch and thanks to M and M Marquees for the lift.

We will be doing some pizza at this lovely event on thursday, with some wonderful story telling and musical offerings from the Stranger Collective and Sharps Brewery will be serving some fantastic ales.

Here's a sneaky look at the menu we'll be serving.
- Fresh fig, spinach and goats cheese.
- New season squash, Cornish blue cheese and walnuts.
- Balsamic Beetroot, watercress and anchovy.
- Chorizo, artichoke and caramelized red onion.
- Cornish sausage, braised leek and mushroom.

All served with rocket and a choice of chilli or rosemary and garlic oil

Hogget ready for overnight roasting at Holifair the other week. Was a little nervous to say the least about putting it in the oven and going to bed, but it turned out perfect. Slow roast hogget for breakfast was a real treat, and the customers loved it too while it lasted but it didn't last long.
