Good morning ☕️

They’ve been so popular, we’ve got more!

We’ve just taken delivery of more empty shoeboxes for our Rotary Shoebox Appeal 🎁 - thanks to your thoughtfulness and generosity, we ran out 🤗.

The boxes will be filled with much-needed goodies and sent to Moldova, Eastern Europe and Ukraine via Poland, bringing a little kindness and Christmas cheer to those who need it most.

Thank you to everyone who has already supported the appeal — and to everyone who’s joining in. Every box really does make a difference ❤️

🎁 Rotary Shoebox Appeal 2026 🎁

We’re delighted to be supporting the Rotary Shoebox Appeal again, in conjunction with Cowes Rotary ❤️

The shoeboxes are now available here for anyone who would like to take part. The boxes are already made up, and each one comes with a leaflet explaining what can be put inside.
Once filled, please bring your shoebox back to us by 30th October. Decorate them as you wish.

The shoeboxes will be going to children in Moldova, Eastern Europe and Ukraine — a lovely way to bring a little happiness to a child who may have very little.

We’re proud to be helping with this wonderful appeal and hope lots of our customers, friends and local community will join us. 💙💛

Every box can make a difference. 🎁❤️

Today we had the pleasure of putting together one of our fully gluten-free afternoon teas — and just look at it! 🥰🫖🍓

A beautiful selection of sandwiches, savouries, freshly baked scones, sweet treats, jam & cream, all beautifully presented for a special afternoon treat. 💕

At Gurnard Press, we believe dietary requirements shouldn’t mean missing out! ❤️ Our afternoon teas can be adapted to cater for gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and other dietary requirements, so everyone can enjoy something delicious.

☕️ We’re opening a little earlier! ☕️

We’re going to be trialling a 9am opening for the next week! 🤍

So from tomorrow, we’ll be opening from 9am–4pm, Tuesday–Saturday.

We’d love to see you for an early morning coffee, breakfast or a catch-up with friends! 🥐☕️

If you’re usually waiting for us to open at 9:30, you can now pop in a little earlier!

We’ll see how the trial goes and keep you posted. 🤍
