You are your business. You are like basically 90% of the infrastructure of your vision you have created. If you dont look after you, there is no business.

My millennial girls (🙂‍↕️96 babies where we at) lived through the girl boss, push push pushhhh (with no mind to what that can do to a person😂🥸) era and however I absolutely LOVE that for us, we kinda forgot to look after ourselves in the process.

Im still a victim to constant productivity and still have some days where unless im doing something to make money or be productive I feel like a utter piece of s**t 😂 But sometimes you have to just *be* and trust the process.

I find being creative I have huge luls then a thousand thoughts and ideas in the space of 24 hours

I used to feel it was a bit embarrassing / show off-y talking about money & achievements as a woman in business then I realised this is so deeply rooted in misogyny I now HAVE to talk about it😂👎🏼

What I love about this new generation is that we are picking careers we LOVE! Were creating lives that feel good. I absolutely love that my generation got the girl boss era and that we all decided to get our heads down to earn our own business, work hard and create our own futures. Remember that a lot of us are the first in our generations to have pure independence! 🙂‍↕️

But I think in the midst of it, we forgot were not machines. We deserve rest, time in nature, time with family, travel. In the machine of this society, it is so hard to be able to do it all especially as women who actually NEED to rest & recuperate (women are especially more sensitive to stress biologically)

Heres to creating futures for ourselves that align with what you want. Not what looks good on the outside.

Wheres my self employed girls at that can relate🙂‍↕️⤵️
