It’s been a very rough couple of weeks for us at Finn’s, but after many sad conversations, hugs and tears we have decided that it’s time for us to close and move on to the next chapter.

Prices on produce continued to rise, wages kept going up, rent was due to rise and every month we found ourselves trying harder and harder but due to circumstances out of our control it became so hard to keep battling with it.

I want to thank every single person that walked through our door at Finn’s, considering we were at the back of an industrial estate we managed to attract the most wonderful people and every day was nothing but a pleasure serving you and getting to know you all. I mean it sincerely when I say thank you all ❤️

To our team at Finn’s! I couldn’t praise these wonderful people enough! Every person that worked in our bakery brought an energy and a spark that just filled our cafe with warmth! I will always and forever be in awe of this incredible team and the way they worked so hard to make our little bakery so lovely.

I hope to see our regular customers around town so I can thank you personally for spending so much of your time with us. It’s been the best adventure!

Rofco B40 bread oven, ( needs a new door seal, I can provide the details of where to buy) in great working order, plug not included as we had it wired in. Fantastic bread oven.

Polar G-series 160ltr counter top display fridge. Hardly used since buying new. In great working order.

Hello everyone! Just a little update as to what Finn’s is up to…..(as we’re forever trying to find our grove)

We know breakfast was a hit but the ingredients costs were just getting out of control and unfortunately it just wasn’t going to sustain us for long 😔

From Thursday to Saturday we will be open from 10am serving coffee and our homemade bakery items!

We will then be serving our lunch menu from 12pm through to 2pm.

The bakery will be open all the way through till 3pm serving coffee, beer & wine 🙌🏻

On Sundays we are open from 10am serving coffee along side our bakery items! We will also be smashing out some breakfast milk roll sandwiches to fill that tiny Sunday space in your tum tums!

Prices for ingredients are flying up still! We’re doing whatever we can to try and keep the quality up and the vibes lovely!

This week we said goodbye to this wonderful human!

Paul has been with us at Finn’s pretty much since we started, and it’s just been an honour to have worked alongside side him in our kitchen!

It’s been such lovely few years working with you .hutton.739 thank you so so much for everything you’ve done!

Hello everyone 😊 unfortunately due to our current kitchen staffing situation, we will have to close Wednesdays.

We will be open Thursday through to Sunday for the next few weeks until we’re able to get the kitchen staffed up again.

It’s not ideal and we’re sorry to have to reduce our hours but we will do our best to get open more again as soon as we find the right people to join our team 😊

We will be serving breakfast Thursdays to Saturday 10am - 11.30am

Lunch Thursday to Saturday 12pm - 2.30pm

The bakery will be open until 4pm serving baked products & drinks

Breakfast on Sunday will run from 10am - 1pm

The bakery will close on Sunday at 1.30pm

Thank you all for the support over the start of 2024 we’re forever grateful and can’t wait to see what this year brings.

Thank you everyone for all of the Christmas Love & Support! It’s been such an amazing week at our little bakery and we really hope everyone enjoyed their time with us! We really can’t thank you all enough!

A huge thank you to the Finn’s Team! Our little Family! Every member of our team comes into work and gives their everything every single day, each of them with their own wonderful personality and spark! We’re so lucky to have such amazing people working with us!
