We're an award winning Independent Coffee shop which was established in 1999. We serve great coffee (& tea!), with delicious local foods & have free WiFi.

We pride ourselves in not being part of a chain but independent, able to respond to what our customers are telling us and being part of Guildford and the community. If you enjoy amazing coffee (or tea!) then Coffee Culture is your place in Guildford. We work hard to make sure we serve you the perfect drink every time. But we're not just about coffee, we work with a number of local independent and

home bakers to provide the best and freshest selection of cakes, muffins, cupcakes, pastries, scones and teacakes. We're always changing the range to tempt you in to trying something new and a little bit different. On the food front we prepare and serve (everything is handmade in our kitchen) a wide selection Panini's, Bagels & Toasties along with Jacket Potatoes with a selection of toppings and Fresh Soup. We always have a selection of Gluten Free items both sweet and savoury available, come in and talk to us and we can guide you through what we have available that day. And when the weather gets hot, we blend a wide selection of Frappes, Milkshakes and Fruit Smoothies. Our Hazelnut Double Chocolate Frappe is amazing although this is closely followed by our Oreo Milkshake using Oreo cookies. And if you need 2 of your 5 a day then one of our Frozen Fruit smoothies is just the job, containing only Fruit, Fruit juice and frozen low fat yogurt they are amazing!!

Finally, we won our first award in 2013 when our boys were 9 & 7, 10 years on and they’ve been on the journey with us and are now 19 & 17….wow how time flies. ❤️

A message to all our friends and followers.
We need your support 🥰
It’s been a long winter with extreme cold 🥶 spells, & when not freezing, it’s raining ☔️!!
Rising prices and then, on top of that, four new big coffee shops have opened in Guildford since December 🙄! All big, well known chains.
Therefore, please, when you are in Guildford pop to Coffee Culture for breakfast, lunch or just coffee & cake.
You will receive product that is produced by an independent cake maker, bread & teacakes from a local baker, Pearces Bakers Bookham, & freshly prepared panini’s & bagels along with our locally roasted coffee from Merrow. We do really try and support local business.
The team are experienced & really care about your customer experience.

As a mark of respect to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the Royal Family, we will be closed on Monday 19th September, the day of the state funeral.

A day for our nation to gather and pay respect to the amazing life of our longest-serving monarch.

We will reopen as normal from Tuesday.

A big thank you to all of our customers for your custom and loyalty this year. Without you we would not survive. We would also like to thank all of our staff and suppliers for their loyalty, support and friendship. Without you, our little shop doesn't function.

EXPERIENCED STAFF needed - We are looking for an experienced Barista / Coffee Shop employee. Working 20-25 hours a week and must be available at weekends. You must be able to start immediately.

If you want to be part of our fast paced friendly team then please call in to the shop with your CV and ask to speak to the Manager.

After being closed for 112 days we are really happy to be re-opening tomorrow at 8am.

With our socially distanced outside seating, we have 40+ outdoor seats which will be fully useable to finally sit down and enjoy a proper coffee....no more home brew at last! 🤣

Please do remember though that we are still not allowed groups bigger than 6, social distancing still applies and face masks to be worn inside the shop too.

Finally, it will be fantastic to see all of our super customers after a winter hibernation. Don’t forget to bring your loyalty cards!

Here we go again....sadly with the new tier 4 announcement including Guildford, we have decided that we will now close until further notice.
