⚠️ REPEATED INCIDENT – Community Support Requested

On the night of March 11th, around 01:30 AM, two individuals entered the area behind our restaurant and removed containers of used cooking oil.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have experienced such incidents, which is extremely disappointing.

We believe this kind of behaviour has no place in a respectful and responsible community.

The incident was captured on our CCTV cameras, and the footage will be reported to the authorities.

If anyone recognises these individuals or has any information that could assist us, please contact us privately.

Today I want to express my gratitude to a truly special man.

For more than 10 years, he has stood behind me, supporting me and watching over every step I take, so that I can responsibly lead the successful business he created. He taught me what real hard work means, what passion for the kitchen truly is, what genuine care for customers looks like, and the importance of true customer service.

From him, I learned that success never comes easily — it only comes through hard work, passion, dedication, and by preserving the authenticity of Italian products. By choosing the most premium ingredients. By respecting the quality of every dish and the exclusivity of every plate.

For 25 years, he led the family business with heart and devotion. The day he decided to hand this responsibility over to me was a moment that deeply honored me and motivated me to carry forward everything he built.

Today we celebrate him and his beautiful 60th birthday.
