Grindleford Community Shop A lovely community-owned and run village shop. Tea, coffee, cakes, great range of groceries, delicious fresh bread, milk, eggs and more cakes.

Always served with a smile. Community owned, and community run village shop and provider of refreshments. Open every day, next to the church in the centre of the village. As well as offering essential groceries, we stock a lot of delicious local produce and serve tea, coffee and cakes to hungry walkers and cyclists.

Our Christmas Opening Hours:
we're open as usual up to and including Christmas Eve;
closed on Christmas Day;
closed on Boxing Day;
open 9am to 5pm as usual on Saturday 27th (but no fresh bread that day);
open 10am to 4pm on Sunday 28th (with fresh bread!);
after that our opening hours are as usual, but we won't have fresh bread on New Year's Day or Friday 2nd January.

we'll be closed between 10.30am and 12 noon this wednesday (3rd december), as there is a funeral service in the church at 11am.

We're closed tomorrow morning (Tuesday 11th November) as there's a funeral service taking place at the church. We'll be open from 12 noon until 4pm.

On Saturday 15th we will open at 10am (an hour later than usual) due to a window being replaced first thing.
