After much thought, we've made one of the biggest decisions of our journey.
On the 9th August, Nasturtium will serve its final guests.
When we opened our doors, we set out to create something special. Together we've celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, engagements and countless evenings shared over great food. We've welcomed familiar faces who became friends, and built memories we'll never forget.
To every single guest who has chosen to spend their time with us, thank you. Your support, kindness and loyalty have meant more than you'll ever know.
To our incredible team, past and present, thank you for your passion, hard work and dedication. Nasturtium simply wouldn't have been what it was without you.
Like many independent restaurants, the last year or so have brought their challenges. But this decision isn't simply about the changing economy—it's about looking forward. We believe Cleethorpes deserves something different, something exciting, and it's time for us to create the venue we've been dreaming about.
This isn't goodbye.
It's the end of one story, and the beginning of another.
If you've ever wanted to experience Nasturtium one last time, we'd love to welcome you before our final service on the 9th August.
Every fire eventually burns down.
But beneath the ashes...
..the charcoal remains.
